Fraudulent Financial Products

  • Fake identification documents, counterfeit currency, or fraudulent documents.
  • Credit card skimming devices, hacking tools, or other equipment used to commit fraud.
Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted on Liztd Inc.:

Unlawful Activities

  • Solicitation, trafficking, or promotion of illegal services, including but not limited to prostitution, as governed by FOSTA-SESTA.
  • Activities facilitating money laundering or other financial crimes.

Harmful Conduct

  • Exploitation of minors or content violating the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Privacy Violations

  • Collecting or sharing personal information of others without explicit consent.
  • Posting sensitive data, including but not limited to social security numbers, financial account details, or private communications.

Platform Misuse

  • Using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to scrape, spam, or manipulate Liztd Inc. content or operations.
  • Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access to Liztd Inc. systems.
  • Engaging in activities that disrupt Liztd Inc. functionality or compromise the user experience.
Moderation and Enforcement

Liztd Inc. reserves the right to take the following actions to enforce this policy:

  • Remove content that violates this policy without prior notice.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.
